My computer has some bizarre problems. Should I bring it in or can you come to me?

In GENERAL, you should bring your home computer into the store, unless it's connected to a LAN. (See hourly rates below) If your problem is with a business computer you should schedule an on site visit. 

What is your hourly rate?

Our in shop hourly rate is $49 per hour. Most repairs (80%) are effected in two hours or less ($98) and ARE NEVER MORE THAN THREE HOURS ($147). Our On site rates range from $75 to $95 per hour depending upon the nature of the work.

How long will you have my computer if it's brought to the store?

In GENERAL, most repairs are completed within 48 hours of being checked in.

Do you offer an emergency service?

For those customers that have an situation where 48 hours is too long, there are two options: You can take advantage of our emergency service where we begin work immediately ($90 per hour in shop/ minimum 2 hours) or have a technician come to your home or place of business within one business day ($75 to $95 per hour depending upon the nature of the work)

What types and brands of computer equipment  do you work on?

Our technicians are experienced in ALL brands of Personal Computers, ALL Windows operating systems and ALL major software applications. We do not work on MacIntosh computers.

Are you familiar with Network Operating systems such as Novell, Windows NT Server, etc.?

We have technicians that are experienced in all major network operating systems and their accompanying hardware.
